Terms and Service
GENERAL- I will NOT work with anyone promoting NFTs/Cryptocurrency.- I am allowed to refuse ANY commissions at my own discretion.- Payment MUST be finalised before I begin any editing.- Credit my Twitter/BlueSky when you publish.- Use my works for: Promotion/Social Media/YouTube/ETC.- I am allowed to use videos I make in any of my personal promotional videos (e.g Showreels) unless it's NDA.REVISIONS- I will first provide a clean draft of the video with the agreed length and content highlights (minus transitions, effects, and subtitles). Up to 3 revisions to clip order and content can be requested at this stage.- After clipping, I will then provide a final draft with the agreed upon effects. At this stage, up to 3 rounds of revisions are allowed for meme
edits, graphic effects, fonts (size, type, effects), and transitions.- Removal of segments can be requested at any stage.- Please provide a comprehensive list of all requested changes, as each submission counts as one set of revisions.- Any major revisions to the clip order and content requested after I have provided the final draft may incur additional charges.- Additional charges will be imposed if requests for revisions exceed the amount mentioned above.- Revisions may affect progress and timeline.- Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by me.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- You'll be given a Google Drive folder for any current and future projects. This file will exist for 2 months and every time you commission me, this service will be renewed.- Deadlines MUST be stated upfront.
